Chilled Oysters In Spicy Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp tomato catsup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 5-6 small fresh oysters
Method
- 1 In a glass, combine lemon juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, tomato catsup, salt, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
- 2 Add the fresh oysters to the mixture and let stand for five minutes.
- 3 Serve very cold.
