  • 1 tbsp tomato catsup
  • 0.5 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp finely chopped celery
  • 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oysters

Method

  1. 1 In a bowl, mix tomato catsup, vinegar or lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt, chopped celery, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. 2 Chill the mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator.
  3. 3 Pour the chilled sauce over eight oysters and serve in cocktail glasses.
