Chilled Lemon Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 quart heavy cream
- Sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Place lemon juice and grated rind in a dish and sweeten with sugar to taste.
- 2 Boil the cream until reduced from one quart to three half-pints.
- 3 Pour the hot cream over the lemon mixture and let it cool completely.
- 4 Chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
