Chilled Grapefruit With French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit, chilled
- French dressing
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Method
- 1 Cut the chilled grapefruit in halves crosswise.
- 2 Scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
- 3 Dress the pulp with French dressing.
- 4 Serve on lettuce leaves or return the pulp to the grapefruit skin.
