Chilled Clam Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 dozen small clams
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp tomato catsup
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- Salt to taste
- Few drops Tabasco sauce
Method
- 1 Place the small clams in a cold bowl.
- 2 Pour over the clams 1 teaspoon each of Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, tomato catsup, and horseradish.
- 3 Add a little salt and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
- 4 Serve very cold in small glasses.
