Chilled Clam Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen small clams
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tomato catsup
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • Salt to taste
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce

Method

  1. 1 Place the small clams in a cold bowl.
  2. 2 Pour over the clams 1 teaspoon each of Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, tomato catsup, and horseradish.
  3. 3 Add a little salt and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
  4. 4 Serve very cold in small glasses.
