Chilled Avocado Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup diced avocado
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon quartered grape tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
- salt
Method
- 1 Toss avocado, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl.
- 2 Chill for one hour.
- 3 Serve.
