Chilled Apple Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon seedless raisins
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Nuts or crunchy cereal for topping
Method
- 1 Combine yogurt, applesauce, raisins, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- 2 Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
- 3 Serve topped with nuts or crunchy cereal.
