Chilled Apple Banana Yogurt Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups apple, cored and sliced with peel
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8 cup ground walnuts
  • 1/8 cup cinnamon

Method

  1. 1 Mix bananas, apples, yogurt, ground walnuts, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. 2 Divide into individual serving dishes.
  3. 3 Chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
  4. 4 Top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon if desired.
