Chilled Apple Banana Yogurt Salad
Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 4 cups apple, cored and sliced with peel
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/8 cup ground walnuts
- 1/8 cup cinnamon
Method
- 1 Mix bananas, apples, yogurt, ground walnuts, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- 2 Divide into individual serving dishes.
- 3 Chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
- 4 Top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon if desired.
