Chicken Salad With Grapes And Celery
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chunked
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup apple, small, diced
- Plain yogurt, as needed
Method
- 1 Prepare the chicken by cooking or using leftovers to yield 2 cups of chunked meat.
- 2 Chop the celery, green pepper, onion, cucumber, and apple into small pieces.
- 3 Cut the grapes in half.
- 4 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together.
- 5 Add plain yogurt to coat the salad and mix until creamy.
