Ingredients
- 2 cups cold cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup finely cut celery
- mayonnaise dressing
- lettuce leaves
- parsley
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Method
- 1 Shred the cold cooked chicken and finely cut the celery.
- 2 Combine the chicken and celery in a bowl.
