  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1 3/4 cups uncooked rice
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots, celery, or cabbage)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method

  1. 1 Place cooked chicken in a large saucepan.
