Chicken Potato And Onion Dumpling Stew
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Chicken pieces
- Butter
- Potato slices
- Sliced onion
Method
- 1 Mix flour, egg, baking powder, water, and salt. Roll out and cut into 2-inch squares.
- 2 Flour chicken pieces and fry in butter until browned.
- 3 Layer chicken, potato slices, onion, and dough squares in a pot.
- 4 Barely cover with boiling water and cook for two hours.
