Chicken Pasta Salad With Italian Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked small pasta
- 1 cup canned chicken, drained
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup shredded yellow squash
- 1/2 cup canned corn kernels, drained
- 1 can frozen peas
- 1/2 cup low-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
- Fat-free Italian dressing
Method
- 1 Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse.
- 2 Combine pasta, chicken, bell pepper, green onion, squash, corn, peas, and black beans in a large bowl.
- 3 Toss gently with Italian dressing.
- 4 Chill for several hours to blend flavors before serving.
