Chicken Cranberry And Almond Salad
Ingredients
- 12 ounces cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
Method
- 1 Toss the diced chicken, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds with the vinaigrette dressing until well coated.
- 2 Serve the salad on a mound of chopped lettuce.
