Chicken And Vegetable Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup tomato pulp
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp chopped pickle
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato shells
- Lettuce leaves
Method
- 1 Dice cucumber, tomato pulp, and cooked peas into equal quantities.
- 2 Mix the vegetables with capers and chopped pickle.
- 3 Add diced cooked chicken and mix with mayonnaise.
- 4 Fill tomato shells with the mixture and serve on lettuce.
