  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 6 cups chicken broth, low sodium
  • 1 cup dry rice
  • 1 3/4 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Method

  1. 1 Place diced chicken, broth, and uncooked rice in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil.
