Chicken And Celery Salad With Hard Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 whole cooked chicken, skin removed
- 1/2 cup celery, cut into half-inch lengths
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Endive leaves for garnish
- Beetroot slices for garnish
Method
- 1 Remove the skin from the cold chicken and cut the meat into dice.
- 2 Cut the celery into half-inch lengths, using half the volume of chicken.
- 3 Chop the lettuce and combine it with the chicken, celery, and mayonnaise.
- 4 Transfer the mixture to a salad bowl or heap it onto a serving dish.
- 5 Decorate the salad with endive, beetroot, and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
