Chicken And Celery Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- French dressing
- Mayonnaise dressing
- Celery tops for garnish
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Method
- 1 Finely chop the cooked chicken and celery. Use a ratio of 2 parts chicken to 1 part celery.
- 2 Combine chicken and celery in a bowl. Pour French dressing over the mixture and toss to coat well.
- 3 Let the mixture stand for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to soak in.
- 4 Stir in mayonnaise until well combined. Garnish with celery tops.
- 5 Serve the salad on beds of crisp lettuce leaves.
