Ingredients

• slices of white bread
• butter
• 4 stalks of celery
• 4 stalks of cold meat
• mayonnaise dressing

Method

1. 1 Butter slices of white bread slightly.
2. 2 Chop fine 4 stalks of celery and an equal quantity of cold meat.
3. 3 Make a mayonnaise dressing and stir it into the meat and celery mixture.
4. 4 Spread the mixture onto the buttered bread.
5. 5 Top with a plain slice of bread and butter.
