Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans (15 ounce)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5-6 medium chicken thighs
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Drain and rinse the kidney beans.
  2. 2 Crush the garlic and dice the onion.
  3. 3 Dice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4 In a large pot, cook the chicken until half done.
  5. 5 Add tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6 Simmer for 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender.
