Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/3 cup cooked diced chicken or beef
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons drained mushrooms, stems and pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. 1 Beat eggs until thick and light, about 5 minutes. Fold in bean sprouts, chicken or beef, mushrooms, and onion.
