Chicken And Almond Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint cold cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/4 pound blanched almonds, chopped
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- thin slices buttered bread
Method
- 1 Chop the cold cooked chicken to make a half pint.
- 2 Chop the blanched almonds and add them to the chicken.
- 3 Mix in the cream, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
- 4 Spread the mixture between thin slices of buttered bread.
- 5 Cut the sandwiches into crescents or rounds.
