Cherry Tomato Pasta Salad With Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Chop the tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and basil. Mince the garlic.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
