Cherry Brandy Madeleine Baskets
Ingredients
- Madeleine cakes
- White and black stoned cherries
- Cherry brandy or maraschino
- Angelica strips
- One fine stoned cherry
Method
- 1 Scoop out the centers of the Madeleine cakes to create small baskets.
- 2 Soak the stoned cherries in cherry brandy or maraschino.
- 3 Fill the Madeleine baskets with the soaked cherries.
- 4 Place two long strips of angelica across the top in an X shape.
- 5 Garnish the center intersection with a single fine stoned cherry.
