Cherry And Strawberry Cream Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons Madeira wine or brandy
• 2 cups mixed cherries and strawberries, hulled and pitted

Method

1. 1 Pick over the cherries and strawberries, removing stems and pits.
2. 2 Whisk the cream and wine or brandy together until combined.
3. 3 Place the fruit in a shallow serving dish and pour the cream mixture over the top.
4. 4 Serve immediately with langues de chat or Savoy biscuits.
