Cheesy Stewed Rice
Ingredients
- 0.5 lb rice
- 2 pints water
- 1 pint milk
- 2 oz grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Boil the rice gently in the water for 30 minutes.
- 2 Add the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. Boil gently for another 30 minutes.
