Cheesy Shrimp And Celery Gratin
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup cooked shrimps
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 cup milk
Method
- 1 Melt fat in a saucepan, add flour, salt, and cayenne.
- 2 Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 3 Stir in shrimps, cheese, and chopped celery until heated through.
