  • 4 tsp water
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 oz butter

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg yolks, then add the water and seasoning.
  2. 2 Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the yolks.
  3. 3 Heat butter in an omelet pan until boiling hot.
