Cheesy French Omelet
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 oz grated cheese
- 4 tsp water
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 oz butter
Method
- 1 Beat the egg yolks, then add the water and seasoning.
- 2 Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the yolks.
- 3 Heat butter in an omelet pan until boiling hot.
- 4 Pour in the mixture and cook over gentle heat until risen.
- 5 Sprinkle cheese on top, cook briefly until creamy, fold, and serve immediately.
