Cheesy French Bean Omelet
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoonfuls cut boiled French beans
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Allinson fine wheatmeal
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoonfuls grated cheese (Gruyère or Parmesan)
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Vegetable butter or oil for frying
Method
- 1 Smooth the wheatmeal with the milk.
- 2 Beat the eggs and add them to the milk mixture along with the cheese and seasoning.
- 3 Mix thoroughly with the boiled French beans.
- 4 Fry the omelet in boiling butter or oil until set.
