Cheese Topped Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- fresh eggs
- 1 egg-sized pat of butter
- salt
- 1 tbsp milk or liquid cream
- grated cheese
Method
- 1 Break fresh eggs into a plate.
- 2 Melt a pat of butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- 3 Pour in the eggs and scramble with a fork until cooked.
- 4 Season moderately with salt and butter.
- 5 Remove from heat and stir in milk or cream.
- 6 Serve hot topped with grated cheese.
