Cheese Topped Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • fresh eggs
  • 1 egg-sized pat of butter
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp milk or liquid cream
  • grated cheese

Method

  1. 1 Break fresh eggs into a plate.
  2. 2 Melt a pat of butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. 3 Pour in the eggs and scramble with a fork until cooked.
  4. 4 Season moderately with salt and butter.
  5. 5 Remove from heat and stir in milk or cream.
  6. 6 Serve hot topped with grated cheese.
