Cheese Topped Sautéed Artichokes
Ingredients
- artichokes
- salt water
- melted butter
- salt
- pepper
- grated cheese
Method
- 1 Wash, dry, and remove the top leaves from the artichokes. Cut them in half or quarters.
- 2 Boil the artichokes in salted water until tender, then drain well.
- 3 Sauté the artichokes in melted butter until slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4 Serve in a vegetable dish or arranged in a pyramid on a round plate, sprinkled with grated cheese.
