  • 4 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method

  1. 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2 Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3 Lightly beat yolks until lemon-colored, then mix in water and salt.
  4. 4 Gently fold yolk mixture into whites without overmixing.
