Cheese Souffle Omelet
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff peaks form.
- 3 Lightly beat yolks until lemon-colored, then mix in water and salt.
- 4 Gently fold yolk mixture into whites without overmixing.
- 5 Pour into pan, loosen edges with a knife, and cook until set.
- 6 Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350°F for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
