Cheese Sauce With Egg
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, well-beaten
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Method
- 1 Dissolve flour in milk and water.
- 2 Bring mixture to a boil, then cook slowly for ten minutes.
- 3 Stir in salt, pepper, beaten egg, and grated cheese.
