Cheese Salad With Olives And Horseradish Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup broken American cheese
- 3 Neufchatel cheeses, cut into small pieces
- 10 sliced olives or pimolas
- 3 finely cut pimentos
- Salt and paprika to taste
- Cream, for moistening
- French dressing with grated horseradish
- Lettuce leaves
- Pimentos, cut in fancy shapes, for garnish
Method
- 1 Combine the broken American cheese, cut Neufchatel cheeses, sliced olives, and finely cut pimentos in a bowl.
- 2 Season the mixture with salt and paprika, then moisten with cream until well combined.
- 3 Serve the cheese mixture on lettuce leaves, drizzled with French dressing that has grated horseradish added.
- 4 Garnish the dish with pimentos cut into fancy shapes before serving.
