Cheese Rice With Rich Stock
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- Salted water
- Rich stock
- Salt and pepper
- 3 heaping tablespoons grated cheese
Method
- 1 Cook rice in salted water until half done, then drain.
- 2 Cover rice with rich stock and simmer until stock is absorbed.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper, stir in grated cheese, and serve.
