Cheese Onion Tomato Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb grated cheese
- 1 onion, grated
- 3/4 cup well-drained canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- toast, for serving
Method
- 1 In a saucepan or chafing dish, combine the grated cheese, grated onion, well-drained canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, and paprika.
- 2 Mix the ingredients thoroughly and heat gently, stirring frequently, until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is hot.
- 3 Serve the hot cheese mixture immediately on slices of toast.
