Cheese Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated rich cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Crack eggs into a bowl, add cheese, salt, and pepper. Beat vigorously until well combined.
- 2 Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 3 Pour in the egg mixture. Cook until the bottom is set but the top is still slightly runny.
- 4 Fold the omelet in half and slide onto a plate to serve immediately.
