  • Bent's water biscuits
  • Hot water
  • Melted butter
  • French mustard
  • Grated cheese
  • Paprika or cayenne

Method

  1. 1 Split water biscuits in two and moisten with hot water.
  2. 2 Spread each piece with melted butter and French mustard.
  3. 3 Cover with a thick layer of grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika or cayenne.
