Cheese Mustard Toasted Water Biscuits
Ingredients
- Bent's water biscuits
- Hot water
- Melted butter
- French mustard
- Grated cheese
- Paprika or cayenne
Method
- 1 Split water biscuits in two and moisten with hot water.
- 2 Spread each piece with melted butter and French mustard.
- 3 Cover with a thick layer of grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika or cayenne.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until the cheese is soft and creamy.
