Cheese Melted Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 oz butter
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Thin slices of cheese
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 2 Crack in eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the bottoms are set firm.
- 3 Transfer eggs to a serving dish.
- 4 Cover eggs with thin slices of cheese and place near a heat source (or under a broiler) until the cheese melts.
- 5 Serve immediately with toast.
