Cheese Lasagna
Ingredients
- good white flour
- warm water
- chicken broth (or other fatty meat broth)
- grated hard cheese
Method
- 1 Mix good white flour with warm water to form a thick dough.
- 2 Roll the dough out thinly and let it dry slightly.
- 3 Boil the pasta sheets in chicken broth or other fatty meat broth.
- 4 Layer the cooked pasta in a dish with grated hard cheese between each layer.
