Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 1 cup cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne
- 0.5 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
Method
- 1 Melt fat in a pot over medium heat.
- 2 Add salt, cayenne, celery salt, and flour to the fat, stirring to combine.
- 3 Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
- 4 Heat the mixture until it reaches a boiling point.
- 5 Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted. Serve immediately.
