Cheese Corn And Pimento Dip
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fat
- 1/2 cup cooked corn
- 1/2 cup tomato purée
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1/2 cup pimento
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Method
- 1 Heat the tomato purée in a pan.
- 2 Add the fat, corn, salt, paprika, and pimento; heat until hot.
- 3 Stir in the grated cheese and cook until melted.
- 4 Remove from heat and stir in the egg yolk until thick.
- 5 Serve the mixture over toast.
