Cheese And Tomato Rice Soup
Ingredients
- 3 oz rice
- 4 oz grated cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1 oz butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 pints water
Method
- 1 Boil rice in water with butter and seasoning until tender.
- 2 Add tomato juice and cheese, stirring until cheese dissolves and soup boils.
- 3 Add more water if needed, then serve immediately.
