Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• water
• butter
• cheese, grated
• egg
• butter

Method

1. 1 Mix 2 eggs with water and butter.
2. 2 Grate cheese in a mortar.
3. 3 Combine cheese with the egg mixture.
4. 4 Line tart shells with crust made of egg and butter.
5. 5 Fill with cheese mixture and cover with top crust.
