Cheese And Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 small egg-sized portion of butter (approx. 2 tbsp)
- 3 heaping tablespoons grated American cheese
- Salt to taste
- Dry mustard to taste
Method
- 1 Boil eggs until hard, then separate yolks from whites.
- 2 Mash yolks smooth and chop whites very fine.
- 3 Mix yolks and whites, then press through a vegetable press.
- 4 Add butter and grated cheese, beating until smooth.
- 5 Season with salt and dry mustard to taste.
