Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small egg-sized portion of butter (approx. 2 tbsp)
  • 3 heaping tablespoons grated American cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry mustard to taste

Method

  1. 1 Boil eggs until hard, then separate yolks from whites.
  2. 2 Mash yolks smooth and chop whites very fine.
  3. 3 Mix yolks and whites, then press through a vegetable press.
  4. 4 Add butter and grated cheese, beating until smooth.
  5. 5 Season with salt and dry mustard to taste.
