Champagne Mint Julep
Ingredients
- Cracked ice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 sprigs bruised mint
- Champagne
- Fruit for garnish
- Brandy for garnish
Method
- 1 Fill a medium glass one-third full with cracked ice.
- 2 Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 sprigs of bruised mint.
- 3 Slowly pour in champagne while stirring gently.
- 4 Garnish with fruit and a dash of brandy.
- 5 Serve with straws.
