Celery Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- celery stalks
- French dressing or Mayonnaise dressing
- lettuce leaves or celery tops
Method
- 1 Wash and scrape tender celery stalks. Cut into ¼-inch pieces, 2-inch straws, or 1½-inch pieces sliced into small strips.
- 2 Place cut celery in ice water for a few minutes to curl the pieces.
- 3 Drain celery and toss with French or Mayonnaise dressing.
- 4 Garnish with lettuce leaves or celery tops before serving.
