Caviar Cucumber Egg Rye Bites

Ingredients

  • thin round slices of rye bread
  • Boston brown bread
  • butter
  • thin slice of cucumber
  • French dressing
  • hard-boiled eggs
  • caviar

Method

  1. 1 Spread butter on thin round slices of rye bread or Boston brown bread.
  2. 2 Dip thin slices of cucumber in French dressing and place one on each piece of bread.
  3. 3 Remove the yolk from hard-boiled eggs and slice the whites into rings.
  4. 4 Lay the egg white rings on top of the cucumbers.
  5. 5 Fill the center of each egg ring with caviar.
