Caviar Cucumber Egg Rye Bites
Ingredients
- thin round slices of rye bread
- Boston brown bread
- butter
- thin slice of cucumber
- French dressing
- hard-boiled eggs
- caviar
Method
- 1 Spread butter on thin round slices of rye bread or Boston brown bread.
- 2 Dip thin slices of cucumber in French dressing and place one on each piece of bread.
- 3 Remove the yolk from hard-boiled eggs and slice the whites into rings.
- 4 Lay the egg white rings on top of the cucumbers.
- 5 Fill the center of each egg ring with caviar.
