Ingredients

  • bread slices
  • butter
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • caviar
  • 1 onion, sliced into thin rings

Method

  1. 1 Cut bread into crescent shapes. Butter one side and toast until golden.
  2. 2 Separate egg yolks and whites. Sieve the yolks and chop the whites finely.
  3. 3 Spread a layer of caviar on the buttered toast. Sprinkle with chopped egg whites, then sieve egg yolks over the top.
  4. 4 Place a ring of thin onion slices on top of each sandwich to serve.
