Caviar And Egg Tartines
Ingredients
- bread slices
- butter
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- caviar
- 1 onion, sliced into thin rings
Method
- 1 Cut bread into crescent shapes. Butter one side and toast until golden.
- 2 Separate egg yolks and whites. Sieve the yolks and chop the whites finely.
- 3 Spread a layer of caviar on the buttered toast. Sprinkle with chopped egg whites, then sieve egg yolks over the top.
- 4 Place a ring of thin onion slices on top of each sandwich to serve.
