Cauliflower Salad With Beetroot
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, boiled
- Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- Salt and pepper
- Beetroot, for garnish
Method
- 1 Divide the boiled cauliflower into small florets and remove any green leaves.
- 2 Place the cauliflower on a serving dish and pour mayonnaise or salad dressing over it.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with sliced or chopped beetroot.
